Meet Tim
Lead Physio
I help people stay steady, strong and confident as they age.
I’m a physiotherapist, qualifying in 2013 from the University of East London and recently completing my Advanced Practice Masters at City St George’s University of London, graduating with distinction.
In my 12-year physiotherapy career I’ve spent the past eight years working with older adults — particularly supporting people with falls, balance problems and dizziness. Alongside running Ageing Well, I also work as a Frailty Advanced Practitioner in a busy inner London emergency department.
Ageing well isn’t about slowing down. It’s about feeling confident in your body and staying independent for as long as possible. I’m here to help you do exactly that.

How our service works
Initial Consultation
Initial introduction over email, message or phone to discuss the needs and to find a good time for a home visit.
1
Home Visit
An assessment in the comfort of your own home. Together, we’ll explore what’s been affecting your movement, identify your priorities, and create a personalised plan to help you achieve your goals.
2
Personal Plan
Your assessment will be followed by a tailored physiotherapy plan designed around your specific needs. Ongoing home visits ensure we can measure progress, adjust treatment, and keep you moving forward with confidence.
3
Where we visit:
We visit homes across Greenwich and surrounding areas in East and South East London.
Sessions are one-to-one and tailored to each individual. The length and number of sessions will depend on your needs, and this can be discussed before booking.
If you’re unsure whether your location is covered or would like to talk through costs, we are always happy to have a conversation before arranging a visit.
